Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
  • 5 lices fresh mozzarella
  • 2 TBSP balsamic glaze
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Begin by lightly sprinkling slices of tomato with salt and pepper.
  2. Alternate layers of tomato, mozzarella, and a few basil leaves.
  3. Repeat layers ending with a slice of tomato.
  4. Drizzle entire salad with balsamic glaze.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
