Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 slices of sourdough bread or baguettes - thick slices
- 8 ounces whole milk mozzarella sliced
- 2 ripe tomatoes sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil
- Balsamic Vinaigrette or Pesto
Instructions
