Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 8 mozzarella balls
  • 3 leaves basil chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half.
  2. Spoon out a little more of the avocado and fill with mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Top with basil pieces and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve right away. ENJOY!
