Caprese Wrap

Caprese Wraps have all of summer's freshest produce perfectly wrapped up. It can't get any easier. They make a perfect lunch, snack or appetizer for a backyard summer BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 2 spinach wraps
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded or chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Lay a spinach wrap on a flat surface in front of you and spread with 1 tablespoon pesto. 
  2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes and 1/4 cup shredded or cubed mozzarella cheese all over the spinach wrap. 
  3. Wrap up like a burrito and slice into coins.
