Caramel Apple Bread Pudding

This fall inspired Caramel Apple Bread Pudding recipe, prepared with Hawaiian rolls & caramel sauce, is easy to make & delicious for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 12 hawaiian rolls cubed
  • 3 egg whisked
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup apples diced
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter cold
  • 4 tbsp Caramel Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. Place the rolls in a greased 9” x 13” casserole dish.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the Hawaiian sweet rolls.
  5. Toss the bread and mixture together.
  6. Top with the diced apples.
  7. Mix the apples into the bread pudding.
  8. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and flour, fold in the butter and mix until a crumble forms.
  9. Sprinkle the brown sugar crumble over the bread pudding.
  10. Place in the oven for 40 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven, drizzle with the caramel syrup and place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
  12. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
