Light, fluffy and creamy this Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad is a yummy Fall dessert that is the perfect end to any meal!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened 2 packages
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-1 ½ cup Caramel sauce more for drizzling
  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 21 oz apple pie filling 1 can
  • 1 9" graham cracker pie crust, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl beat together your cream cheese, powdered sugar, and caramel sauce until creamy.
  2. Add in your whipping cream and beat on high for about 5 minutes or until thickened and fluffy.
  3. Stir in your apple pie filling until combined.
  4. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until thickened.
  5. Before serving fold in your graham cracker pie pieces.
  6. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce if desired.
