Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 5.1 oz vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup caramel bits or chips
  • 2 apples peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, pudding mix and eggs.
  3. Add apple juice, a little at a time and beat until well blended.
  4. Pour the batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13" glass baking dish.
  5. Top with 1 cup of caramel bits or chips.
  6. Lay apple slices across the top.
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
