Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Caramel Syrup (the kind you top ice cream with)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • whipped cream for topping, optional

  1. Place ice cream, apple juice, caramel syrup, and cinnamon into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy!
