Caramel Coffee Popsicles

A simple and flavorful recipe that's sure to be a favorite.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons caramel
  • Popsicle Molds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Make your coffee. While still hot add sugar and stir till dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Add milk and caramel into a small sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until caramel has dissolved.
  3. Add coffee to milk and stir. Set aside to completely cool.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight!

Notes

  • *Quantity will vary on size of molds. I used 4 ounce molds.*If using wooden sticks. Freeze for 1-1/2 hours then add sticks and continue to freeze for 3 hours.
