Caramel Coffee Popsicles
A simple and flavorful recipe that's sure to be a favorite.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup espresso or strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cup milk
- 3 tablespoons caramel
- Popsicle Molds
Instructions
- Make your coffee. While still hot add sugar and stir till dissolved. Set aside.
- Add milk and caramel into a small sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until caramel has dissolved.
- Add coffee to milk and stir. Set aside to completely cool.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight!

Notes
- *Quantity will vary on size of molds. I used 4 ounce molds.*If using wooden sticks. Freeze for 1-1/2 hours then add sticks and continue to freeze for 3 hours.
