This no-churn caramel ice cream combines thickened cream and caramel-flavored condensed milk with crunchy speculaas biscuit crumbs folded in. Frozen overnight, it develops a smooth, creamy texture with a balanced sweetness enhanced by the caramel and spiced biscuit bits. Served with whipped cream and fresh summer fruit, it offers a dessert that blends creamy, crunchy, and fresh elements.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml condensed milk already cooked the can, caramel flavor
  • 400 ml thickened cream
  • 150 gm speculaas
  • 2 extra Biscuits for crumbs
  • 250 ml cream whipped to decorate
  • Fruit of your choice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Beat the cream and the caramel together till light and fluffy
  2. Crush the biscuits into uneven crumbs and fold through the ice cream gently.
  3. Pour the mixture into the mould and smooth over.
  4. Freeze overnight.
  5. Decorate with crushed biscuits, fresh fruit and cream
