Caramel Ice cream with out an ice cream machine add Speculaas and Summer Fruit
This no-churn caramel ice cream combines thickened cream and caramel-flavored condensed milk with crunchy speculaas biscuit crumbs folded in. Frozen overnight, it develops a smooth, creamy texture with a balanced sweetness enhanced by the caramel and spiced biscuit bits. Served with whipped cream and fresh summer fruit, it offers a dessert that blends creamy, crunchy, and fresh elements.
Ingredients
- 300 ml condensed milk already cooked the can, caramel flavor
- 400 ml thickened cream
- 150 gm speculaas
- 2 extra Biscuits for crumbs
- 250 ml cream whipped to decorate
- Fruit of your choice
Instructions
- Beat the cream and the caramel together till light and fluffy
- Crush the biscuits into uneven crumbs and fold through the ice cream gently.
- Pour the mixture into the mould and smooth over.
- Freeze overnight.
- Decorate with crushed biscuits, fresh fruit and cream
