Caramel Ice cream with out an ice cream machine add Speculaas and Summer Fruit
Description
The recipe starts by beating together condensed milk with caramel flavor and thickened cream until light and fluffy, forming the ice cream base without the need for an ice cream machine. Crushed speculaas biscuits are gently folded into the base, providing spicy, crunchy morsels throughout the creamy mixture. After smoothing the mixture into a mold, it freezes overnight to set.
To serve, additional crushed biscuits provide texture contrast, while fresh summer fruit adds tartness and freshness. Whipped cream decorates and adds a light, creamy topping.
This approach yields a homemade ice cream with a caramel essence and the complexity of speculaas spices, highlighting a combination of creamy softness and crunchy inclusions enhanced by seasonal fruit.
