Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs , boneless skinless (about 6 thighs)

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 3 hours.
  3. Use two forks to shred the chicken.
  4. Serve on buns.
