Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup rolled oats (128 grams)
  • 12 oz almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • 2 coops whey protein powder 66 grams, Cellucor Whipped Vanilla flavor
  • 2 carrot 80 grams, small, grated
  • 1/3 cup raisins (53 grams)
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

Instructions

  1. Whisk protein powder into almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
  2. Divide into 4 resealable jars and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Optional: Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir, before serving. Top with whipped cream, cinnamon, chopped pecans, and grated carrot.

Notes

  • For thicker oats, add 1/2 to 1 tbsp of chia seeds!
