  • ¼ cup oats optional
  • 1 cup carrot cooked and cool if you want extra smooth and don't have a high-powered blender
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup apple juice or milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • ice optional

Instructions

  1. Place oats in a blender and grind to a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
