The Carrot Cake Smoothie blends carrot juice, frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and ice for a smooth, creamy drink that captures the essence of carrot cake in liquid form. It’s a chilled, lightly spiced smoothie with a natural sweetness from banana and the warmth of cinnamon, making for a wholesome snack or breakfast option.
Ingredients
- ½ cup carrot juice I used Bolthouse Farms 100% carrot juice*
- 1 banana in chunks, frozen
- ¾ cup almond milk any non-dairy milk works, unsweetened vanilla
- 1 coop protein powder vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend: Place all ingredients into a high powdered blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add an additional splash of milk or carrot juice.
Notes
- Store-bought carrot juice can be used, though fresh carrot juice is a suitable alternative.
