Carrot Cake Smoothie

The Carrot Cake Smoothie blends carrot juice, frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and ice for a smooth, creamy drink that captures the essence of carrot cake in liquid form. It’s a chilled, lightly spiced smoothie with a natural sweetness from banana and the warmth of cinnamon, making for a wholesome snack or breakfast option.

Description

This Carrot Cake Smoothie starts with carrot juice as a base, combined with frozen banana chunks for creaminess and natural sweetness. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk adds a dairy-free liquid, while vanilla-flavored protein powder contributes both flavor and protein content. A hint of cinnamon introduces the characteristic spice associated with carrot cake. Ice cubes give the smoothie a refreshing thickness.

When blended until smooth, the flavors meld into a lightly spiced, naturally sweet drink that resembles the taste of carrot cake without added sugars or fats. The result is a nutrition-focused smoothie with balanced texture and flavor.

If the smoothie is too thick, additional milk or carrot juice can be added to thin the texture to preference.
