Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots peeled and sliced thinly into rounds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • Preferred sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Sprinkle on fresh parsley when serving. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
