Ingredients
- 4 large carrots peeled and sliced thinly into rounds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Preferred sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the carrot slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until evenly coated.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Sprinkle on fresh parsley when serving. Serve with preferred dipping sauce.
