- 4 cups raw cashews
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Roast cashews in a single layer on the sheet pan for 10 to 15 minutes, stir at the halfway point.
- Allow the roasted cashews to cool for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the nuts to a blender or food processor and start blending it, scraping down the sides as need.
- When done, transfer to an airtight container.
