Cashew Butter

There's nothing better than a spoonful of creamy homemade Cashew Butter. Made with just one ingredient, it's so easy to make cashew butter at home.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw cashews

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Roast cashews in a single layer on the sheet pan for 10 to 15 minutes, stir at the halfway point.
  3. Allow the roasted cashews to cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the nuts to a blender or food processor and start blending it, scraping down the sides as need.
  5. When done, transfer to an airtight container.
