Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
- ½ medium chopped red onion
- ½ pound cooked and chopped bacon
- 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese
- ⅓ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
Dressing:
- ½ cup lite mayonnaise
- ½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl add 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, 2 cups fresh cauliflower florets, ½ medium chopped red onion, ½ pound cooked and chopped bacon, 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese, ⅓ cup slivered almonds, and ¼ cup sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl whisk ½ cup lite mayonnaise, ½ cup low fat greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, ¼ teaspoon salt and ⅛ teaspoon pepper.
- Pour over the salad and toss until coated. Serve and enjoy!
