Ceasar Wedge Salad

This caesar wedge salad is a twist on a classic starter and it's filled with delicious and fresh flavors! It's perfect for serving with every meal and your whole family will love it!

Ingredients

  • 4 butter lettuce, miniature hearts (little gems)
  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved and divided
  • 1/2 cup authentic Caesar dressing, divided
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the miniature butter lettuce hearts. Cut in half length wise and set on a small plate. Repeat for the other lettuce hearts.
  2. Cut and divide the tomatoes among all four servings and then add them to each serving.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of dressing on each lettuce wedge.
  4. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
