Chai Popcorn combines air-popped corn with warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and cloves, offering a sweet and spiced snack. Ingredients
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Air-pop the popcorn by your preferred method. Place in a large bowl.
- Drizzle melted coconut oil over the top and mix to coat.
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Sprinkle over the top of the popcorn and mix well.
