Champagne Vinaigrette
With just 6 ingredients, this champagne vinaigrette recipe is quick and easy to make! Toss it with a simple green salad, or drizzle it over roasted or sautéed veggies. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Heaping ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, honey, mustard, and salt. While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify the dressing.
