- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Heaping ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
