Charcuterie Cups

Cured meat cups for easy entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 5 lices prosciutto or jamon Prosciutto di Parma DOP or Jamon Iberico, if possible
  • 10 lices Italian salami or other similar cured meat
  • 10 lices dry cured Italian sausage, or chorizo
  • 10 lices dry cheese Pecorino, Parmigiano, Manchego, etc.
  • 20 olives your choice of olives, optional
  • 5 red pepper pickles optional
  • 5 Italian breadsticks or Spanish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Begin by adding olives to the bottom of the cup if needed to supposrt the other ingredients.
  2. Add the folded salami at the back of the cup.
  3. Add the breadstick with prosciutto.
  4. Put the pieces of cured sausage in the cup.
  5. Next add the cheese.
  6. Fill the front with olives, if using.
  7. Add the pickle on a stick, if using.
  8. Serve with a sparkling wine with Prosecco, champagne or a spritz.
