Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn on the cob
  • 2-3 tablespoons softened butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix together butter, salt and pepper until fully combined.
  2. To prepare corn, carefully peel back husk, leaving it attached at the base. Remove the silk. Rub the butter/salt and pepper mixture evenly over the kernels. Fold the husk back up over the ear to cover the kernels.
  3. Grill corn over the hot side of the grill, turning frequently, for about 25 minutes or until done. For less char, grill over cooler side of the grill for about 40 minutes, or until done.

Notes

  • Cooking time will vary depending on how hot your fire is. Be sure to turn the corn frequently to keep it from getting TOO charred.
