Cheddar Bacon Pistachio Cheeseball

An amazing cheeseball packed with all of my favorite things!  Cheddar, pistachios, and bacon combine to make one delicious cheeseball that is perfect for your next party!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 6 lices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ⅓ cup coarsely chopped pistachios

  1. In a large bowl, beat together 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, ½ teaspoon seasoning salt, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon, and 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley until well combined.
  2. Form the cream cheese mixture into a ball and chill for 30 minutes. Add ⅓ cup coarsely chopped pistachios to a large plate and roll the chilled cheeseball in them until it is fully coated. Refrigerate until serving.
