Cheddar Beer Bread
Cheddar Beer Bread mixes sharp shredded cheddar with beer and flour to create a dense yet tender bread with a crisp crust. Cornmeal on the pan base adds texture and prevents sticking. The beer's carbonation acts as leavening alongside baking powder, yielding a quick bread with a mild tang and rich cheese flavor. Brushing melted butter on top before finishing baking enhances crust color and richness.
