    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.

  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Roll out to 5mm thick.
  4. Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into circles about 5cm/2inch in diameter.
  5. Lightly flour a large baking tray and put the dough disks onto it.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

Notes

  • Don't over-mix the dough. Just mix it enough so that everything is combined.
  • You can use any cookie cutter shapes to cut out these cheese biscuits. We like making little star biscuits.
  • For extra flavour, you can add a little bit of mustard powder.
  • A little bit of marmite is a delicious addition to these cheese biscuits.
