  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat your oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place heaping tablespoon-sized mounds of shredded cheddar cheese on the prepared baking sheet, spaced a few inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly, so there isn't a thicker heap in the middle.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-9 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Allow the cheese crisps to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a plate or a container.
