Cheeseburger Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 6 Buns

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat. Drain off the excess grease.
  2. Add in the beef broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  3. Cook uncovered for approximately 5-10 minutes.
  4. Fold the cheddar cheese into the meat mixture and heat until the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm over the hamburger buns and enjoy!
