Cheesecake Dip

Easy to make this cheesecake dip can be made in any flavour you like. Heres a basic recipe. Add more sugar if preferred.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm ricotta cheese
  • 60 gm icing sugar or to taste, pure
  • 125 ml cream
  • 100 gm pistachio paste or berries crushed, salted caramel or melted dark chocolate
  • 60 ml lemon juice 3 Tablespoons or to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put every thing into a food processor and blitz till very smooth
  2. if you prefer to play around with cream cheese or mascapone add and subtract ingredients to taste. serve with sugar biscuits or plain biscuits as I have.
  3. Mine is decorated with nut praline but you could use anything you like.
