CHEESY BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 12 oz egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley optional

  2. Step 2: Cook Beef – In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Step 3: Add Sauce – Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Combine Ingredients – In a large bowl, mix cooked noodles, beef sauce, and sour cream. Transfer to the baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Add Cheese & Bake – Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley if desired.
