Ingredients
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- ½ medium onion chopped
- 1 pound processed cheese loaf cubed
- ¾ cup salsa
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1-2 tablespoons milk optional
- Taquitos optional for servnig
Instructions
- Cook Taquitos in the oven according to package directions.
- In a large pan, brown ground beef & onion until no pink remains. Drain.
- Add processed cheese, salsa, cumin & chili powder and reduce temperature to low. Stir until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese and milk (optional).
- Serve warm with taquitos for dipping.

Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave until heated through.
