Ingredients

  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. light Mayo
  • 3 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 14,5 oz can Contandina Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese with hand mixer until creamy. Stir in Mozzarella cheese, mayo, garlic and tomatoes. Mix until well combined
  2. Spread in a glass pie dish or 8x8 glass dish prepared with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
