Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican blend)
  • Optional topping: ¼ cup corn chips, crushed
