Cheesy Garlic Hawaiian Rolls

These amazing rolls are baked with garlic butter and loaded with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses!

Ingredients

  • hawaiian rolls 1 package, 12-count, King's brand
  • mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded
  • butter melted, salted, 1/2 cup
  • parsley freshly chopped, ½ tablespoon
  • garlic salt ½ teaspoon
  • garlic minced, 2 cloves
  • Parmesan Cheese freshly grated, 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray. 
  2. Place the rolls into the prepared dish. 3 across, 4 down. Cut two, 2-inch slits into each roll. Stuff the shredded Mozzarella cheese into the slits of the rolls.
  3. Place the melted butter, fresh parsley, garlic salt, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Mix until combined. Brush this mixture evenly all over the rolls and cheese. 
  4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
