Cheesy Meatball Bombs are easy little meatballs bites covered in marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and wrapped in pizza dough.

Ingredients
- 12 meatballs , cooked and thawed if using frozen
- 13.8 ounces refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons salted butter , melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup low moisture mozzarella cheese , shredded
- Parmesan Cheese , for garnish
- parsley , minced, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Coat a 12 well muffin tin with cooking spray or rub with vegetable shortening.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a work surface and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin tin. Bake for 6-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the garlic powder, onion powder and ground black pepper. Baste over each piece of par-baked pizza dough.
- Place one cooked meatball in each muffin well. Evenly divide with the marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Heat for an additional 5-6 minutes or until cheese has melted and edges of the bread are golden brown.
- Remove and garnish with Parmesan cheese and minced parsley, if desired.
