Cheesy Gluten-Free French Toast Bake
French toast casserole with cream cheese combines hearty flavors and cheesy goodness for the ultimate French toast bake!
Ingredients
- 1 ounce texas french toast frozen, garlic, gluten-free
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¾ cup cream cheese softened
- 3 egg large
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups turkey breast diced, cooked
- ⅓ cup green onion chopped, or chives
- 1 garlic chopped, clove
- 1 teaspoon thyme or your favorite herbs, dried
- 1 jalapeño diced, optional
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place the frozen garlic French toast slices in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, sliced turkey, chopped green onions, jalapeno, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheese and turkey mixture evenly over the French toast slices, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Optionally, garnish with additional chopped green onions before serving.
