Ingredients

  • 1 ounce texas french toast frozen, garlic, gluten-free
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup cream cheese softened
  • 3 egg large
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups turkey breast diced, cooked
  • cup green onion chopped, or chives
  • 1 garlic chopped, clove
  • 1 teaspoon thyme or your favorite herbs, dried
  • 1 jalapeño diced, optional
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place the frozen garlic French toast slices in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, sliced turkey, chopped green onions, jalapeno, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheese and turkey mixture evenly over the French toast slices, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the egg mixture is set and the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Optionally, garnish with additional chopped green onions before serving.
