Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk with salt and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the egg mixture and stir gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Continue cooking for 1 more minute while stirring, until the cheese is melted and eggs are fluffy. Remove from heat.
  4. Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
