Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- Splash of milk
- kosher salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk with salt and black pepper until well combined.
- Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the egg mixture and stir gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Continue cooking for 1 more minute while stirring, until the cheese is melted and eggs are fluffy. Remove from heat.
- Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
