How to make CHERRY CHEESECAKE IN A JAR:
- Start with the cherry sauce.
- Wash the cherries and remove the stones and stems.
- Put the cherries on the heat together with the water and sugar.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the sauce is ready, leave it to cool for 10 minutes.
- While making the sauce, mix the cream cheese well with the lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- Crumble the biscuits in a food processor or simply with a twister on a chopping board.
- Prepare 3-4 medium jars.
- Fill the glasses, alternating between biscuits, cherry sauce, and cream cheese.
