Cherry Cheesecake in a Jar

This Cherry Cheesecake in a Jar layers crumbled soft biscuits with a mixture of cream cheese sweetened and flavored with lemon and vanilla, topped with a homemade cherry sauce simmered from fresh cherries, sugar, and water. The dessert sets in the refrigerator, combining a creamy texture with sweet-tart fruit and crunchy biscuit fragments. It offers a convenient single-serve presentation that's easy to prepare ahead of time.

Description

Cherry Cheesecake in a Jar brings together crushed soft biscuits with a sweet cream cheese blend enhanced by lemon juice and vanilla sugar. The cherry sauce is made by simmering pitted cherries with sugar and water until softened and thickened, then cooled before layering. Jars are assembled by alternating biscuit crumbs, cherry sauce, and cream cheese, creating a layered dessert that is refrigerated to set. The chilled result presents a balance of creamy, fruity, and crumbly textures in a portable format suitable for refreshment and light desserts.
