Cherry Fluff Salad Recipe
This Cherry Fluff Salad recipe just requires 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to whip up! It's a fun twist on cherry pie and makes a great side dish or no bake dessert. It's lightened up and lower in sugar and carbs than traditional fluff but you would never know. Everyone always LOVES this stuff!

Ingredients
- 1 20-oz. can cherry filling - I used no added sugar
- 1 20-oz. can pineapple tidbits
- 1 1-oz. pack sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 8-oz. tub light cool whip
- 1.5 cups mini marshmallows (68g)
Instructions
- Drain the pineapple and add to a large bowl. Mix in the cherry pie filling and pudding mix.
- Stir in the cool whip until combined then fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Chill for at least 1 hour then store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

- To make dairy-free: use dairy-free pudding mix and dairy-free whipped topping.
- To make vegan: use DF/vegan pudding mix, DF/vegan whipped topping, and vegan marshmallows.
