- ½ cup mint fresh
- 1 tbsp ginger grated
- 250 gms granulated sugar
- 1 water

- 150 gms butter
- 50 gms granulated sugar ¼ cup
- 30 gms egg yolk
- 220 gms all-purpose flour
- lemon grated, zest of half
- 1 pinch salt
Frangipane
- 125 gms butter ½ cup
- 125 gms granulated sugar
- 125 gms almond meal
- 10 gms all-purpose flour
- 2 egg
- lemon grated, zest of half
