Ingredients

Cherries

  • 500 gms Cherry
  • orange juice of 3
  • ½ cup mint fresh
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 250 gms granulated sugar
  • 1 water

Crust

  • 150 gms butter
  • 50 gms granulated sugar ¼ cup
  • 30 gms egg yolk
  • 220 gms all-purpose flour
  • lemon grated, zest of half
  • 1 pinch salt

Frangipane

  • 125 gms butter ½ cup
  • 125 gms granulated sugar
  • 125 gms almond meal
  • 10 gms all-purpose flour
  • 2 egg
  • lemon grated, zest of half
