Ingredients
- 2 cups crunchy almond granola room temperature or cooled
- ½ dried cranberries
- ¼ chocolate chips Enjoy Life
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Add the granola, cranberries & chocolate chips into a large bowl. Mix until combined. Whisk two eggs together and pour over granola mixture. Mix until all granola is coated.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour bar mixture into an 8x4 pan and press bars down into the pan. Ensure they are fairly compacted.
- Put in the oven for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the pan for 15 minutes (this helps them firm up and stick together).
- Remove from the pan, cut into bars, wrap in parchment paper, and place in the fridge!
