Chick-Fil-A Breakfast Burrito

Making Chick-Fil-A Breakfast Burritos is our favorite breakfast idea. This copycat recipe is loaded with chicken nuggets and tator tots.

Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas 10 inch
  • 16 Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 bag of Frozen Tator Tots 16 oz

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tator tots based on the package instructions for 4 people and set aside.
  2. Prepare the chicken nuggets based on the recipe instructions and set aside.
  3. In a medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and salt until pale and frothy. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and scramble the eggs in the pan over medium high heat.
  4. Slice the chicken nuggets into 1/2 inch strips and heat the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds so that they are pliable.
  5. Then evenly divide the scrambled eggs, chicken, tator tots and shredded cheeses onto each of the tortillas.
  6. Fold over the tortillas and serve with salsa if you prefer and enjoy!

Notes

  • We love using the recipe for homemade Chick-Fil-A nuggets for this recipe but you can use store bought chicken nuggets to save time as well.
  • These burritos are best served fresh but you can refrigerate the ingredients in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Assemble the burritos when you are ready to enjoy them!
