Ingredients

For the Dressing
  • ¼ cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese (any kind except the original swiss)
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon mineral salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Salad
  • 1 cup shredded white meat chicken or turkey
  • 18 seedless grapes, whole or halved
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, diced (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add all of the salad ingredients and gently stir until coated with the dressing.
